I use to travel to all around the world, but there is a special place to go and it is Daytona Beach. The place has some magic for me. I like the restaurants, the beach, shops and events. I hope I can visit Daytona on my next vacation.

Daytona Beach was my first ocean experience. I had never been to the ocean before and it was amazing. We did not stay there, instead we paid five dollars and drove onto the beach, be careful not to get stuck, and we got out and waded in the ocean. We were just passing through but the beach was so nice. There were people jogging and walking dogs and it seemed peaceful. We went to Ft Lauderdale, The Bahamas and Miami after that and we all agreed that Daytona had the whitest, softest sand out of all the beaches. It was amazing.

We absolutely love Daytona Beach and the Doubletree Inn there. The Beach is clean and well patrolled. Also there is a lot of extra things to do with in walking distance and other things within driving distance. Many wonderful restaurants and great beach shops for a day of shopping. We have been going to Daytona for several years but the best year was when we stayed at the Doubletree.
